One-on-One Training
One-on-one training workout routines are customized to provide the desired fitness goal of the individual with negligible risk of injury. Our focused interactive consultation allows us to obtain in-depth knowledge of each and every client to determine the perfect workout program for his/her fitness level. These fitness and health screening are revisited periodically to evaluate changes in B.M.I. (body mass index), body fat percentage, strength and body tone. Nutrition/Diet Programs
Nutrition goes hand in hand with exercising. Good nutrition can help improve your health, physical appearance and even your mood.
